I'm Theo Mihell, a finance professional based in London, UK. I have 4 years' experience at Bloomberg, spanning cross-team project delivery and equity workflow consulting. I'm skilled at resolving complex client needs at pace, delivering training, and re-engineering processes to improve efficiency.

I started working at 16, building an early foundation of strong work ethic and reliability. I recently completed my BSc (Hons) Finance and Investment Management (2:1) at the London Institute of Banking and Finance alongside my full-time role at Bloomberg.

Football

Played from age 4 with multiple club awards including Player of the Year, Players' Player of the Year, and Parents' Player of the Year. Represented Poulton Youth Football Club.

Golf

Enjoys playing regularly. Recently shot an 88 at Manor of Groves in Sawbridgeworth.

Padel

Recently taken up Padel, enjoying the fast-paced and social nature of the sport.

Travel

Passionate about travel and experiencing new cultures. Recently spent two weeks island-hopping across southern Thailand.

Enjoys exploring different genres of music and attending live events.
