As a CAMS Specialist at Bloomberg I supported over 10 revenue-generating RFPs, including projects valued up to £400k, acting as the key liaison between the sales team and internal product and engineering stakeholders. I gathered and validated technical content so every proposal and due diligence response met client requirements and was submitted on time. In my current role as Equity Specialist, Analytics, I resolve approximately 100 client queries per week for institutional investors, deliver regular in-person and virtual training sessions, and led a full client process revamp that reduced a daily task from 3-4 hours to around 10 minutes, a ~95% efficiency gain. My Quality Control score has consistently been above 96% with a resolve rate above 75%, against a 70% department average.

The role calls for someone who can produce fund snapshots and quarterly reports, create marketing collateral, manage data rooms and investor portals, track prospects, and answer investor and consultant queries with accuracy and pace. My background maps to each of these: proposal and due diligence production with direct revenue impact, Excel-based analytics and automation, careful quality control under volume, and calm communication with senior financial professionals. Alongside full-time work I am completing a BSc (Hons) Finance and Investment Management (2:1) at the London Institute of Banking and Finance, which covers the fund structures, performance metrics and financial analysis that underpin investor reporting. I have started building my knowledge of the aviation, shipping and rail markets the Global Transportation Group invests in, and I would bring the work rate and attention to detail to learn the platform quickly.
